An early adopter of aesthetics and skin laser technologies, Nikelle's artful work has secured her reputation as the "It Girl" in aesthetics and skincare who helps her patients create meaningful internal and external changes in their lives while finding a balanced approach to anti-aging and beauty. In addition to her busy practice, Nikelle enjoys giving back and supporting a variety of local nonprofits.

Originally going to school for business marketing, Nikelle decided to make the leap into aesthetics. She started in the field about ten years ago in Indiana shadowing under Board-Certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael C. Malczewski where she made the beautiful discovery that medical aesthetics is her calling.

Nikelle was challenged from the beginning where she was strategically placed to open up several medical spas around the country. Leading her into connections of some of the top celebrity plastic surgeons and dermatologists in Chicago Illinois, Beverly Hills California, New York City, Austin Texas, and Ann Arbor Michigan. She learned to build a company from the ground up. 9 medical spas later and she is finally building her own.

Moving to Chicago was where she was able to expand her clientele and build everlasting relationships. This was where she would later meet Dr. Brian Rosett, top plastic surgeon in Chicago whom she collaborated with to create her vision of what is now Accelerated Aesthetics.

Nikelle is certified in over 36 different lasers and skincare devices, not to mention she also holds the coveted status of being the number 1 out of 2 Diamond Accounts for VI Peel-- the top chemical peel in the world from Vitality Institute.
In the last 10 years she has partnered with multiple scientists and labs to develop her own medical-grade skincare line thats non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, free from parabens, fragrances, alcohols and oils.

Nikelle's favorite part about developing Accelerated Aesthetics is her staff of aesthetic providers tailor a custom and individualized plan for every patient. Nikelle specializes in treatment plans focusing on overall skin health and natural enhancements through laser technology, injectables and microneedling therapies.

Nikelle's next focus is to open up multiple locations nationwide while developing an educational platform for doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and any other future aesthetic providers wanting to open up a successful aesthetics practice.

Nadia Shirani is an aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of experience working in the aesthetic industry. She began her career working in a hospital but soon discovered her underlying passion for making women and men look and feel their best. Her desire to learn and evolve has enabled her to gain a detailed knowledge of facial aesthetics and clinical anatomy. Nadia prides herself on giving her clients an honest and natural approach and believes customer care, client education, an empathetic manner and strong attention to detail has enabled her to deliver superb treatment outcomes for her clients.

Nadia has complemented her aesthetic skills by attending meetings and a number of courses on injectables sponsored by the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgery (ASAPS).

Nadia received her Masters of nursing from Lewis University and her bachelors of science in nursing at Elmhurst College. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Nadia received her certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS) certification through Medical Aesthetics Education. Nadia believes in continuous education and continues to partake in ample training in aesthetic medicine.

Jessica has been a Registered Nurse since 2014. She went to Olivet Nazarene University for her BSN, and University of St. Francis for her Bachelors in Health Care Management. Her nursing career began in the Cardiovascular ICU at Loyola University Medical Center where she worked for 5 years. She then switched specialties and became an ER/trauma nurse. She has worked for the last 4 years at some of the busiest Level 1 trauma centers in the Chicago area.

Her hospital background has afforded her the ability to care for some of the sickest patients in the hospital. In doing so, she has fine tuned her skills and perfected her ability to pay attention to every minute detail. Her aesthetics career began a little over 2 years ago when she realized she could combine her love and passion for beauty, while still being able to help people. Jessica has trained under world renowned injector and trainer, Rana Kennelly.

She prides herself in achieving beautiful, natural results, and loves instilling confidence in her patients. She loves enhancing one’s natural beauty. Her favorite treatment to perform and her speciality is lip filler. She has taken extensive and additional training to perfect her skills and technique for this treatment.

Dr. Rosett grew up in Highland Park, Illinois and then attended Washington University in St Louis, Missouri for his undergraduate education. Thereafter, he matriculated at Rush University in Chicago for medical school followed by five years of general surgery residency at Wayne State University at the Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then returned to Chicago for his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois under the guidance of Dr Mimis Cohen. There he learned the fundamentals of plastic surgery and developed a keen interest in the treatment of skin and breast cancer.

Thereafter, Dr Rosett completed two advanced fellowships in aesthetic face, breast and body surgery in Los Angeles, California. Dr Rosett was fortunate to have learned from some of Beverly Hills leaders in aesthetic surgery through his breast and body fellowship at the Beverly Hills Physicians practice. He then studied under Dr Ben Talei a world renowned aesthetic facial plastic surgeon focusing on nonsurgical and surgical facial aesthetics. Dr Rosett brings many of the field’s newest techniques back to Chicago including advanced facial aesthetics such as the lip lift.

Having grown up in the windy city, Dr Rosett brings an earnest midwestern sensibility to both the office and the operating room. At the center of his medical philosophy is the belief that strong communication leads to the best experience and outcomes.

His patients often remark that his kindness and demeanor helped ease their stress and anxiety. Dr. Rosett’s hope for every patient is a surgical success that boosts their self-esteem allowing them to live more confident and fulfilling lives.

Danielle is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in the medical field. Her specialty is in Orthopedic Surgery as well as Aesthetics. She has been performing injections with neurotoxins and dermal fillers for various areas of the face, neck and body. She strives to obtain a comprehensive assessment in order to deliver the most precise and seamless outcomes and desired results. Beauty and perfection are her goals with each and every patient!

Jasmine specializes in Skincare and Laser. Her passion for beauty and skincare dates back to her early teens when she began to struggle with hormonal acne. Researching what products and ingredients worked best for her skin concerns led her to excel at what she does. She takes pride in her work, and continues to educate herself on new advancements in this evolving industry. She loves spending time with her patients to create a custom treatment plan, and tailor a homecare ritual that protects your results and investment.

Christina Ramirez has been in the hair industry for 16+ years.
She has worked with many doctors accredited with the International Society of Hair restoration. Her journey began at Bosley in May of 2006 and then led her to her own path in 2015. She chose the oath to work with many different offices in different states because of her passion to help people feel better about themselves. She is a patient of PRP treatments and loves to share her own experience with her patients.
